Tax calculation, Form 16, ITR forms, tax planning of salaried personnel.
CTC DESIGNING
Basic, HRA, Medical allowances, reimbursement, adjustment, welfare fund.
Calculation of Net salary, gross salary .
With all these you will be in a position to design CTC, design Gross salary break up with regard to minimum wages act, Income tax exemptions and other related labour acts.
LABOUR LAWS
-Factory act, Contact Labour act, Minimum wages act, Leave process, over timing calculation.
Policy implementation, Grievance handling & other IR issues
